Workout For Insane Forearm Vascularity

You’ve probably never seen a workout like this before. You can do this with or without a partner but it’s a lot faster when you go back and forth with a partner.

Your forearms will literally feel like they are going to explode!

This is not something you want to go really heavy on. Start with just the bar and maybe a 25 lb plate.

If you really want to get crazy you can finish up with a wrist roller exercise if you gym has it. That should be all she wrote.

Extremely powerful method to develop vascularity in the forearms. I love wrist curls after reverse curls but I will try this new twist for a month and see what happens.
